double kick on terrakion??
This is why I run life orb over specs on Slyveon, wide guard spam and imprison shut it down so bad, but with life orb, you can be a offensive support. But it is about preference, also this is the last comment I'm making for a while because I have boot camp starting tomorrow, so good luck Aaron. I remember I saw the worlds 2013 finals and thought it was the coolest thing but intimidated cause I had no desire to learn the doubles meta game, but it turns out to be quite fun. So yeah wall of text done, and I'm out.

A M-Gardevoir used Imprison on my Sylveon the other day and it put me in a really bad spot.
I actually won a game with struggle. My scarfed Landorus was disabled, and it was my only pokemon left, so I had to go for struggles, and I managed to win lol
My day isn't completed without this. Keep up the great work Aaron! 🙂

What does that animation mean that occurred when Gastrodon came in?
Can someone explain to me how impression work. I through the impression hit the syvelon so it couldn't use hyper voice. How did the terrakion get affect

There are people running Imprison already?
They usually start doing counter plays like that when something becomes very common.
It was one way of dealing with trick room, I guess this is a testament of Sylveon species power.
You have also encouraged me to run Snarl on my Suicune, i was debating it between that and icy wind. I think I'll find another icy wind user.

I used to scoff at Imprison Mega Gard, then a match similar to this one happened. He had a Sawk, Mega Gard, Gastrodon, and something else I forgot.
Definitely take those things seriously. Luckily I had used Hyper Beam over Hyper Voice, but that thing STILL didn't go down from it. Pixie Plate 252 Modest Sylveon Hyper Beam…didn't OHKO that thing…definitely needed the luck I got to win that one.
Gardevoir and Kang have the same base speed after Mega Evolution at 100, though you probably already found that out.
So speed tying with it is pretty normal. 😛

i love how skill means nothing in pokemon if you can flinch/para/fusion your opponent to death and how some people will accept it even if you are trolling with a hax team and say something like "that was the greatest game ever thanks for such a skillful match"

Title wasn't a disappointment that last one was crazy but I have had my fair share of those situations playing VGC don't feel bad that rng is there to make these situations winnable without little bit of luck makes the game more fun
well i was wondering why you wouldnt consider mgarde to be faster than ur kang, got 100base after all, and with all the jolly kangs out there ….

Since you don't have flash cannon, how do you deal with sylveon? Do you just snarl it and constantly damage it over time?
The pokeball it was caught in gives it that animations, forgot the name of the ball. Luxury maybe?

These two matches were so intense that woke me up after I stayed overnight cause of university obligations and anxiety plus I was doing errants for 4 hours straight in the mornigh but this video.. Oh this video is better than the too extra caffeined coffeess I drunk to stay awake and for that I am really in your debt! 😀 😀
